Job Post: STORE MANGER

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team and take leadership of our second store on South Pearl Street in Denver. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. The Store Manager must also have a passion and talent for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are capable of growing with the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure monthly sales goals are met.
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
  • Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and store event planning
