Refund policy

In store AND online purchases may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase. 

Online returns:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT (no refunds will be given). 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn or unused, with tags. 

To start an online return, please contact us at info@donaforta.com. 

A USPS shipping label will be provided so you can drop off your return at a post office location near you.

Store Credit 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be issued STORE CREDIT in the form of a digital Gift Card (which can be used online or in store).

Any items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE.

The following items are always FINAL SALE: Sunglasses, Jewelry, Swimwear, Intimates, and Beauty/Skincare Products.
