The Astoflex shoe factory was founded in 1820, and 7 generations later it is still run by the same family. All models are designed to be comfortable right away, and the supple leathers mold to the feet of the wearer. The leather is vegetable-tanned making it healthier for your feet and resistant to odor. The crepe soles are natural gum rubber from the rubber tree. All materials, practices, processes and techniques are time-honored and refined to be as responsible and sustainable as possible.
